The Environment Agency versus Panorama: Whose side are you on?

Last week Panorama reported on “Britain’s Dirty Beaches.” They asked why tourists weren’t being warned off by the government. Quite simply, the Environment Agency disagrees. They claim that British beaches are healthier by European health standards today than they have been in the last quarter century. We’ve got their full rebuttal.
