Posted on 08. Oct, 2009 by annied in greenblogs, young
The green-blogosphere is US centric. But who’s out there that homegrown British? This week and for the coming weeks this month blog.green.tv will be highlighting some young British green bloggers to watch (and a couple of notable wanna-be-transplants).
Now that the party conventions have finished, the Lib Dems, the Tories, and Labour all claiming the objective to create green jobs for the youth of Britain, vowing not to allow another “lost generation” of British labour, we will also explore what those green jobs are (and what you can study to get them)! Stay tuned!
In the mean time, check out how the youth of Nottingham are making a difference:

We need more UK green bloggers to support what is happening in the uk and to support uk Eco retailers. Other blogs like http://www.ecopicoftheday.com look American but are English. You should also check our http://www.greenmystyle.com.
The American blogs are good but there only draw back is the amount of advertising the include on their sites. This can be a bit off putting, but it us a necessity.
